Friend on BSNL cant access Orkut

A friend is on BSNL boradband.

He has not been able to access Orkut for many months. Ever since he got the connection.

What should he do ? I told him to contact customer support.

And can he use any proxy sites ?
 
I'm on BSNL UL900 plan.. works fine for me.. maybe its a software issue.. like some firewall is blocking the site or something?
 
LOL, whats the point in contacting customer support? they'll tell him to either restart the modem or restart computer.

ask him to try proxy sites. I'm on 900UL and orkut works fine here. do try opendns DNS addresses
 
there r some virus attacks on bsnl network..

ask him to install kaspersky and enable firewall...

it happened to me wen i had not installed any protection...
 
there is virus too [:P] or soem hakcer hack that orkut long ago lol :rofl:

i am u 900 plans too with dual computer
