From where to get the Xtreamer?

Based on what I read on the net the Xtreamer may be slightly cheaper but its performance isnt that great. I would recommend either an NMT (Popcorn Hour or a clone like Egreat at $145 or Kaiboer K-100 at $176) or WD HD TV Live for $119. My own Kaiboer K-100 plays Blu-Ray files flawlessly over LAN. Something that my PC with an 8600GT and Phenom II 550 BE finds a bit difficult to do

are you playing over WiFi or LAN ??

The xtreamer plays 1080p's flawlessly over a wired LAN connection, however it has issues playing 1080p over my wireless G network, haven't had a chance to try over a N network yet.

720p content plays fine even over the wireless G network without any lag.

I too have a clone of AC Ryan and i am damn sure it is just like the AC Ryan just some other brand and it works really great except as i mentioned about the WMV issue.

I am not sure about firmware update on AC Ryan side but mine now also has a PPPoE setup (no clue what it will do) and also supports external Optical drive.

Edit: I just checked the AC Ryan forums and their latest firmware is available which has some updates. Now this chinese player of mine too released a firmware after AC Ryan with same updates
