Just dril four holes for Nobes(cos they have nuts) on acrylic sheet and there you go .

if suppose i attach 4 fans to the circuit )i assume it runs on full 12v molex), will it cost power cramps on the rail?? refer below:

ST Voltage IC which i am using is about 80% efficient and single chip can handle up to 8Amp of load .... So power consumption will depend on what fan you use.

But if you are using 4 x140mm Fans then it will not cost more rail voltage and can work smoothly with even crappy setup (SMPS)

good rpm fans generally pull out more power so if i use even 80x4 good rpm fans i hope there wont be any fight for power and it wont hurt my dvd writer in any means even though if i'm burning any cd/dvd and at same time running all 4 fans at full speeds. I have that only FREE molex on 12v rail for any fan to use. So i m anxious to know. System is fully loaded.

btw i have cm550xtreme power.

Do i need to have compulsory 3pin fans only??? Wont a simple molex fan do?

It is not compulsory 3pin fans only,
I am oly using two wire from the fan.
