Available one memory sticks of 1GB (Nanya) @667.

Had two of them. One of them is sold so only one stick is left.

Bought in the month of december last year from CTC. The RAM is highly overclockable and is working very fine with me. Just thinking of upgrading to 2x2GB GSkill PI BLACK.
Total 3 years of warranty so still 2 years of warranty remaining. Will provide the copy of bill.
