TE didnt charge you any amount to signup or use, so I hope you aren't expecting any refund.
Also, I dont see anything in TE that will pop up to tell you "Hey you are still registered at TE, login right now". So what do you mean canceling your membership ?
If you are very worried that your very private email address and a super secret password is in TE database, please identify and message an administrator.
