Notes : Never abused. Never fed more than 2.3v (Stock volts are supposed to be 2.15-2.35v). Runs rated 1066 5-5-5 at just 2.15v. Does 1000 4-4-4 @ 2.25-2.28v. Very good RAM. Sparingly used.

Im pretty sure it will run but, I dont think it will show up as 4gb in Vista 32

i know it will show 3.x GB, thats fine for me.

But i am not sure, whether my board support this RAM in 4*1GB Mode? because the ASUS OVL doesn't list OCZ/MICRO D9GMH: http://www.asus.com/999/download/products/1459/1459_10.pdf

^^in any 32bit windows it wont show as 4gb

it will show 4gb if you have windows xp 64bit or any vista 64bit version

Yes, your board supports 4 dimm's without any issues.

I have used the same on my older P5N32-E SLI without issues.
