One important thing i need to mention - I broke the ram clips for two slots on one side as they were open when i inserted my gtx 260 and they came off. But that does not make any difference with insertion of the ram or with anything else. it would be more clear in the pictures below

P35 chipset boards are still priced above 4.2k in most places. It is a very good overclocker compared to g31 anyday . Good luck with the sale.
 
If you're going for a quad this board will generally be a better choice than the giga G31 series. Make sure you have some nice ram that runs fast @ stock and this board is an excellent buy @ under 3k :)
