^yes it is ! :)
My pc config that i bought this for-
Q6600 overclocked,680i sli,8gb ram,2*8800gt in sli,5hard drives,2dvd writers and corsair 620-which i sold to u :)
U can check the thread somewhere in E where i was recommended this ups.

^ the battery icon in vista showed backup time of about an hour although i've never had power cuts at my place and used this ups for my ps3.

Shipping is costly as it weighs 15kg

Ups is on hold for someone on E

I have a generic 500 va ups with autoshutdown feature which when no load shuts down automatically, but its batteries are dead, so consider it as without batteries. Do you will sell your ups without batteries and take my generic ups and use those batteries in my ups? Any possibility of exchange offer?

Allright folks-time to make one thing crystal clear-
I am not gonna sell it for 5k shipped to anywhere in india.6k shipped means 6k shipped.period..

Please stop sending me pm's for that..already mentioned everything in the first post..

Also a brand new ups costs more than twice..this is a steal..

Hope this helps..

Ready to buy it right now! 100% confirmed.

Of course, zanderzone has first dibs on it. So if he's not taking it now, I'd be more than happy to take delivery :-)

@WickedTA --> I would prefer doing some homework on this UPS before calling. No doubt, this is a v good pure sine wave UPS, however, I need to ask many questions via pm to seller. I might post @ TE as well about user reviews. I've heard may stories of Inverter and UPS not working good together so would like o clear my apprehensions 1st. As a seller, I'm not one who pays heck to holding business so if you're paying now and seller is ready as well, it's yours :)

ofcourse, if it's still available tomorrow or maybe after it, I'll check this thread again

@ nish_higher --> thanks for holding...if wickedTA is paying, go for the deal man

Hey zander- this does NOT work with inverter afaik.the power socket of my tv+ps3 was supplied through inverter and it did not work so got it changed to mains.
It is a luminous inverter but i don't think it matters.

zanderzone, yeah I have the same question too as I have a Luminous Sine wave inverter for the home. But my current APC BackUPS 1000 (not sine wave) for my PC gets on with the Luminous just fine. Unfortunately, it does not have a USB hookup to the PC and so a powercut ends up draining both UPS and inverter :(

Forgot about sinewave inverters :p

My luminous is not sine wave.that is the reason this doesn't work with it.

Anywyay,i'm selling this to wickedTA
