Do u have the complete stuff, I mean box, all backplates,screws,thermal grease n all.I guess it should be compatible with my P IV(2.8 Ghz , Northwood, 478 pin )
 
FYI I use the Hyper 48 HSF on my AMD 64 3000+ cpu on an A8N-E MoBo at default settings and right now the idle CPU temperature is 35C. Room temp is 31C. I think thats pretty good.
