as i already enumerated above : PCI-E LOCK BROKEN

it itself means NO WARRANTY - as there is a physical damage ......
 
It isn't illegal to sell Steam accounts as long as the buyer gets exclusive access to it, i.e. change the password as soon as the buyer receives it.

Just make sure the account isn't banned in any of the games for cheating or any other reason.

Well u`re right

To secure the buyer I can handle the userid and pass to any of the TE,Chandigarh member for safety sake

and handle it to the buyer as soon as i get the payment....
