Can you sell it for 4k? I am really intersted and also want to know which PSU will run it safely?

^happens- i can understand your plight. 
I am not even fortunate enough to receive a confirmed yes or back out from some of the interested buyers, after having given account info, address, tel no, etc.
Some even offered to do the EFT the same week or the very next day, for some months now.
Even offering to provide product drop to some faraway contact hasn't helped, which is not cheap and quite an effort for someone like me if you ask some of my pals.
The best part- all the payment goes to the friend on whose behalf i am selling stuff and i wont take a rupee for the expenses incurred or the efforts taken.
So it's not even as if i have some vested interests in the sale.
