Nope they don't..all they need is a registered console.no bill needed.in such event,u call customer care,tell them ur problem.they ask u for serial and check registration.if its unregistered u can register it too.and thats it.a guy comes to ur house with a replacement.no bill is needed.

If u want,u can call ms customer care on 08040103000 or ask this on gamingindians.

And i'll provide my console serial for verification before finalising the deal, if u really r interested.
