As mentioned here, you need 2 more posts (outside market, since market posts are not counted) to unlock the anti-spam measures in place.

Why are these anti-spam measures in place? Because people in this list have been re-registering and openly threatening people who complained against them : http://www.techenclave.com/communit...nt-members-please-check-before-dealing.56990/ . If you happen to drop a couple of bombs on these morons the next time you're on a sortie, you will be doing the community + humanity a great favour :D
