Budget 51-70k Full HD Gaming + Work PC

Budget is 51-70K (with/without monitor)

Primary requirement for this PC work and studies, but would like to play some old/new games as well, probably in full hd.

I am a Laptop user for more than 10 years and have lost touch with desktop hardware, so need advice from experts here.

Thanks and Regards

GPU - RTX 3050 - 32.5k (some sellers have it for that price with complete build)
M.2 SSD - Kingston A2000/WD SN570 1TB - 8k
HDD - None
PSU - Corsair CV650 or other 550W 80+ bronze - 5.5k

Can save like 7k by opting for i3 12100F. That is almost as good as i5 12400 for gaming, check its review by Gamers Nexus. Sadly GPUs are still priced high, no idea if prices will fall to 2020 levels.

ok thanks for your responses. Yes GPU prices are overwhelmingly high and exceeds my budget. I will check those comparison videos.
