Full HD LED in Hyderabd (budget 50k). EDIT: Bought LG 42LB5610

I did refer to the previous thread which recommended Toshiba 39L3300 but it seems that it is out of stock (doesn't ship to Hyderabad from Flipkart anyway). Toshiba website also does not list any authorized resellers in Hyderabad and only one service center (Jeeves). So, here goes -
1. Budget.
50k
2. Viewing distance.
12 feet
3. Sources/inputs such as HD DTH/consoles/stand-alone media players etc.
HD DTH and USB
4. Preference for plasma TV/LCD TV/LED-LCD TV.
LED
5. Preference for brands.
No Micromax / VU. Prefer bigger brands with reliability and service centers.
6. Willing to purchase it from the grey market?
No
7. Ambient lighting conditions of the room.
Low ambient light (heavily curtained windows)
8. Any other feature you are looking for such as 3D support on the HDTV, DLNA capabilities etc.
No 3D / SMART TV, will buy ChromeCast (or similar) later if required.

I have decided to increase budget to 50k to include more brands - now looking at Sony 40R428B vs. LG 42LB5610 vs. Samsung 40H5100.

Anyone have any reviews for these?

Finally bought LG 42LB5610.
Samsung 40H5100 - 49k - Removed from consideration due to panel lottery system and Diwali gift being a 2.1 speaker system.
Sony 40R428B - 50k - Best picture and sound quality among the choices (based on showroom setup), Diwali gift was a DVD player.
LG 42LB5610 - 47k - Cheapest option, marginally larger screen and Diwali gift was a DVD player plus 2 year warranty.
