Just finished speaking with them. The customer care lady was all suspicious when I told her my dad's details instead of mine (I thought I had registered the connection on my dad's name. Was a long time back. ). Then finally when the mobile no. was confirmed, she sounded better.
My plan should upgrade within 2 days. Let's see. I hope I get 1Mbps. There is no FUP till now. And I'm pretty sure I must be using more bandwidth than all the people in my building.... combined!!
