I have installed the ssd in m2 slot but only Western digital hard drives is showing in boot and windows installation.

How can boot and install windows in ssd.

What setting to chnage in bios

Put the SSD in 2nd slot

Did you buy m2 sata or nvme . Or sata SSD

You're not doing anything wrong. it's just another type of interface.
Most SSD's use SATA interface.
