Just as the title says...
Want to make awareness that in my dealing history here I've got many items packed by bubble wrap which had the bubbles already popped.
Not just a few but most which indicates they were deliberately popped for fun.

Don't pack items in that as it's useless and not effective. It doesn't protect from bumps or shocks.

Lol, I thought that would be obvious.

Crumpled paper is better than popped bubble wrap.

Yeah making tight paper balls work wonderfully well as long as all sides are cushioned of there is space...
The usually available bubble wrap quliaty in India is pathetic, I remember when importing stuff from US wasn't this difficult, the bubble wrap from there used to be fantastic and it came in various sizes as well..

There are multiple qualities of bubble wrap available in the market. Some are very cheap, with a thin plastic film and easily poppable bubbles. If you ship your items using such wrap, the receiver will get the package in a thin film with already popped bubbles.

This is air filler and not equivalent to bubble wrap. A bubble wrap will protect the item.
Air filler is just used to fill gaps when the actual product size is smaller then the outer packaging. To restrict movement.

If the product comes in a proper package, separate outer packaging is usually not required as the product package is built to transport it. Another layer won't add anything unless the handling is so bad that the box could get punctured. This is usually not the case.

Not necessarily. If the product is shipped from distributors or the company in a carton/pallet with multiple numbers of the packaging that the end buyer gets, the individual piece packaging is not built to withstand shipping.
