CPU/Mobo G33 / AMD 690G / Nvidia MCP73 ?

After looking at the conclusions on the G33 chipset, I am thinking of getting a Mobo with the AMD 690G chipset or the NVIDIA MCP73.

Any opinions on these welcome.

Do these support 45nm CPU's?
Also does anyone know what are the available Mobo's for these chipsets and their price's? (I could only find the Palit N73V (MCP73 chipset) on theitwares).

Yeap, esp the Gigabyte 780G board for 4.6k has some r33l killer features;

^+1.... Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H is a very feature rich board for its price & also performing quite well....

But If you want a cheaper board then get Jetway M2A-692-GDG based mobo which should be ~ 2k....

you can't get 690G/780G based chipsets for intel cpu's . You will have to set with p35,g33,nvidia based motherboards . P35 is recommended if you want to overclock . For mediocre onboard graphics stick with nvidia's .

I read that these do not have DVI, and I require Integrated graphics (at least until I get a GPU).

Also what about the nvidia chipset ones?

AKAIK non of the entry level intel boards have DVI....its always VGA...

Guess they expect u to have a TFT when u go for onboard gfx...

780g does have DVI i suppose

If its INTEL Proccy and DVI must on mobo..then Look for 7100/630i or 7150/630i boards ..the latter is expensive though.

you can't get 690G/780G based chipsets for intel cpu's

690G for intel is available from Abit & Asrock but cost bomb over Rs 6K & also dont support 1333Mhz bus except on Asrock..
U better get Nvidia 7150/7050 based..:

G31 is a very Good board its almost the same as G33 and buy a 6200 or a 2nd hand GPU from the TE market.
