Galaxy S2 for 24K - Good?

ebay had a deal for S2, 24k with 1 year Manufacturer warranty. Is this a good deal? I am planning to buy this one, just wanted to check if this is good!!

As far as hardware is concerned, S2 is still an excellent phone to be had.... But like the previous post said, if you look harder, you can get it for even cheaper....
