Only Device with case.

Phone was used with a case from day 1. But it looks like the dust stuck in between the case and the phone has caused some scratches, Mainly in the top, Other 3 sides are fine. It also made made a permanent impression and marks in the back which is difficult to show in the pictures.

In my experience (and also yours), using case can be worse than not using it. My Redmi K20 pro also had so much scratches like yours even though it was a glass back, even on aluminium side panels, it still scratches.

True, Matte plastic back is much better for a case.

Please mention storage as buyers will be interested in that information. Thanks.

@Hachune
Yes, cases can sometimes cause irreversible damage to the back. Leaned this the hard way with my OnePlus 5. Same pattern of Spigen case as seen in the images above. But I can't remember the countless number of times the case protected my phone when it fell down. Benefits of case outweighs risks by a huge margin. Since then I remove my phone from the case like once every month or so, wash the case and clean the dust particles stuck to the phone.

Updated thread title, Another idea would be to apply a full body film like Gadgetshieldz and then place it inside the case. I had done this with my S9 to protect scratches to the glass in the back, but I was never aware it had protected the scratches from the case itself all along and was in mint condition until the day I sold it. Anyway, Lesson learnt.

In samsung, it's inbuilt under device care.
Also, to get the battery percentage, see this guide, method 3

Thanks I never knew this. Will update with the data

Found a scratch on the display today. Probably caused by my daughter who was messing with the stuff in the drawer. Dropped the price for defect.

New price is 22000
