Both the phones have same price tag now on flipkart. Which is the best one between these and why? I am completely performance centric, then comes display for me, then battery and at last camera.

What do you want, vanilla interface or a better cam, create a pro's and con note and you will get the answer yourself!
I know nexus 5 is more performance, but it lacks 3-4 essential features like direct OTG, mem card, battery life etc.
Do you think there will be a more than 19/20 performance lag between the performances of both? My main concern is performance now because except performance S4 is better than N5 in every aspect.
