Neither actually. They are both overpriced handsets not worthy of purchase.
IF you really want a Samsung mobile spend a bit more (11k) and get the Samsung Galaxy S Duos or spend 13k and get the Samsung Galaxy S Advance.
If you have a strict 10k budget consider the LG Optimus L5 II .
If you don't mind Indian brands like Micromax and Karbonn then there are plenty of choices within your budget but we would need to better know your requirements.
