GamersGate works in India?

GG works fine for me though I am aware of some friends who were not able to buy some titles from GG citing "region restrictions". Oddly enough, I was able to buy the same game without issues....
 
Went ahead and bought it. Was able to successfully complete the payment and the game now shows up in my Library. Will add to Steam as soon as I reach home :) Damn good deal, I think the lowest on Steam was $5 for both? Or was it $7.49.

PS:I Used Skrill(Money Bookers) to purchase through Debit card
