U forgot quake 3 counter strike and unreal series
 
Games like doom, quake, red alert, postal, sierra's kings quest/space quest series, monkey island and fallout1/2 gave me the virus and hl2/portal/red alert 2, final fantasy 6,/7/8, soul reaver, gta vice city, hitman contracts/warcraft2/3, ceaser3, aoe2, mass effect 1 sealed the deal.

Btw best game this last gen for me?tie between Portal2 and fallout new vegas

I used to go to internet for just playing games which costs 20 RS per hour and i am so dumb that i use to play test match cricket in Ea Cricket for whole day.........I would have purchased the cd instead of sitting in cyber cafe and spending more than 100 rs per day ........anyways sweet memories

Just to make the list a bit clear for people, this is not just a list of good games. Its a list of games that make up a gamer.
For Eg: COD AW will never make it to the list as playing that game neither make you a gamer, not make you want to be a gamer.
You are just some random playing a game. You may as well be a mobile gamer.
Think deep and hard before you make your list, the games that made you to be a gamer, or the games only a gamer would play.

For me its Recoil, that was the first 3D game i played and that pushed me so much am still gaming every day.
