Need to buy a new Gaming Laptop. Pls suggest the best model.

alienware right now offers the best bang for the buck if you can get someone to carry it into India.

for about 2300$ you can get

CPU : T7200

Gfx : nVidia 8700m GT

RAM : 1GB

OS : Vista Home Premium

HDD : 80GB 7200rpm

LCD : 17' wxga 1440x900

DVD : 8x DVD RW with lightscribe DL burner

Wifi : Intel Pro Wireless controller

Sound : Creative X-Fi Xtreme audio soundcard

for its price... nobody in India offers specs like that.

In India you're safer being limited to Dell as your first choice. If you have the money... then Asus G series should interest you but they're too expensive to justify the VFM equation.

Also i dont think anyone here offers more than the 8600m GT card as an option. The ones that do, are too expensive.
