What level of video editing and gaming you want to do?
I mean full hd, 4k and if lot of layers you usually use.

Latest games or old games .

Because at that budget you might end up having bought something that is nothing good for gaming also not so good video editing also.

Full hd and some 2 years old games and your budget might be ok but anything latest or 4k at that budget is almost impossible.

@solo_wing you are right. It's mostly full hd editing with occasional 4k. I think 4600H or 5600H might suit my needs better. Intel 9th or 10th gen, to an extent
I have 5600H and I have done 4k editing with very minimal layer and it was decent. It worked.
Full hd will be no issue.
But with it I also have Rtx 3050 so that makes difference too.
You will also need good GPU for some decent editing of 4k videos.

I will suggest you to raise the budget and go for second hand with good specs or either go for Mac mini which is superb value for productions.

See what's best for you.
