in gaming under 1920x1080, it wont make any difference with an HD6850 whether your Core i7 2500 is at about 2.8Ghz or 4.8Ghz(if you max out in-game settings)
 
Dont give misleading information. HIS is no where compared to Sapphire.

HIS IceQ edition cards are better than Sapphire and currently in India they are giving 3 years warranty compared to Aditya Infotech (Sapphire A.S.S. in India).
