- Will be buying new Win 7 HP 64 bit license as well. So would prefer suggestions with taking OS price also in mind.

- I have been using my lappy as my gaming machine since last 3 years. But now it looks like, I will need a new setup if I wanna game good with good FPS rate. So This thread.

- Also I have already looked for PC buying guide and other 30K-40K gaming PC threads, but since requirement is custom, creating a new thread.

Thanks mate.

will be going with SSD only, as there will be OS, steam, and some games installed on the system. So do not wanna add more for HDD space. 64GB SSD sounds good.

And do not wanna buy anything from ITwares, as he is not a reg dealer over here. (Have dealt with him in past, and no issues but he was a regd dealer here at that time.)

Also I would like to buy as much stuff as possible from flipkart. ( Can add all stuff and do EMI purchase). Since Cabinets and PSUs are not available on it, will buy from prime or overclockerszone/ebay.

So can you (or anyone) suggest alternatives from flipkart?

Last thing, How about Radeon HD6850 instead of 550Ti?

Thanks again mate.

Both cards are good but i would say 550Ti because most of the games are based on Nvidia cards so there you will get an advantage.

well you try SMC international also they are very good dealers i my self purchased few items from them and i had a very good experience with them.

Are you referring to that nVidia tactic of stamping their logo on every game that gets released, OP will be served much better with a HD 6850 for a ~ 1500/- increment in price also the HD 6850 is a much better over-clocker.

And instead of CX 500W, OP can get the FSP Saga II 500W OR Seasonic S12D 520W ~ 3500/-.

Sire, the 64GB SSD will be fully hogged by Windows 7 + Service Pack 1, so no point for going with it, much better get a standard 500GB hard drive ~ 6000/-, then regretting later that you need more storage space.

Instead of the Cooler Master eLite 311 Plus cabinet, get the NZXT Gamma ~ 2300/- NZXT Gamma Review - Overclockers Club, a superior cabinet in every sense.

I agree with you here but CX500 is not bad PSU to get.

^^ sIRE IT IS RATED @30 degrees, while any decent line of SMPS gets rated @45 degrees centigrade.

ALPHA17 Sire, Thanks for the suggestion. Fixed on 500GB seagate and Gamma.

Also, vaibhav, forgot to mention that wanna add Win 7 License price also under budget. So Mostly, instead of i5 2400 will go with i3 2100.

Here's a somewhat blurry picture of the components as per yours and ALPHA's suggestions.

1) Processor : Intel Core i3-2100 : 6358

2) Motherboard : MSI H67MA-E35 (B3) : 4743

3) Graphics card : XFX HD-685X-ZNFC AMD Radeon HD 6000 Series : 11025

4) Hard Disk Drive : Seagate ST3500411SV 500GB 7200 rpm : 5264

5) RAM : Corsair CMSO4GX3M1A1333C9 4GB 1333MHz : 1298

6) Cabinet : NZXT Gamma Mid tower : 2350

7) Power Supply : FSP Saga 500W : 2400

8) Optical Drive : Any LG/Sony/Samsung/Asus DVD Writer : 1000

9) Operating System : Windows 7 Home Premium 32/64 bit : 6364

total : 40802

Is there any modifications required?

no its fine just get two 2 GB rams instead of getting single 4 gb, for dual channel.

Better go for seasonic s12ii 430w[which is better than fsp saga 500w]+sapphire or msi hd6850[avoid getting xfx card].
