Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 10500

MSI Neo F 965, check whether it supports 2-4GB of RAM or not 6500

2 X 1GB DDR2 667 or 4 X 512MB DDR2 667 Corsair Value Select(d9), check whether they are compatible or not, or Transcend, around 8k+

Geforce 7600GT or 7900GT if you want to spend a little more, or X1800GTO for something close to the 7600GT

Why do you want to go for SLI or Crossfire. They are not mature enough even now and way too costly. You will be better of with a single high end card even in the near future. SLI or Crossfire of low and mid end cards will not be satisfactory. SLI of High end cards is only for people who have money to burn.

Well!!! i wanted to keep my upgradability rather expandability options open in near future... but seems like i will not be able to do so... cuz MOBO's are costly and not a good MOBO's with 2 PCIe 16x slots are available here in Nehru place...
