@vvvinashh. Is that true? dude please suggest me a non intel boards (as much as boards) that performs well for i7 3370K processor. So I can get a better idea.

Will you overclock? And if so then to what extent. What is your budget for the mainboard. Will the board be used for only as a gaming platform?

Yes I will overclock up to its maximum 4.5Ghz. Up to 20K only for motherboard. Not only for gaming, I have lot of works to do with that. for example: CAD drawings, Animations, Graphic Design, 3D Modeling, Simulations etc., Especially the simulation works and Animations need a hard core processor that gonna process many threads as quick as possible, that's y I choose i7 3370k for its reasonable price.

For 20K you can get a Asus Maximus Formula or an Asus Sabertooth.
