If you're really going for 10k+ gpu then go for Sapphire HD6870-11.4k it'll give you better performance than Gtx560 and #[member='ALPHA17'] you forgot to mention the hdd in the config,do include that as well.

Not by a great margin but it is slightly cheaper at ~10500/- [for the ASUS Direct CU edition] and performs better @1080p.

Well here it's shown that major 4-5 games have performed better in HD6870 so it'd be better to go with it=http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/540?vs=543

thanks a lot but they don't have half the things i need....also things are cheaper by quite a margin in Delhi ...why?
