Which PSU for 6k are you looking at? Please mention the model, not the price.
The S12II 620W is not 6k.
The Crucial M4 is much better.

I will say it depends completely on personal preference if someone want to game on a big screen then he will get a large screen monitor or a HDTV & If he is interested in saving some bucks now by buying a small screen & investing it later when large 3D screens becomes affordable
Don't forget 1 thing the 27 inch or above monitors don't have much sale(only professionals use them) so in the future too chances of becoming affordable is less (gamers mostly game on a 24 inch monitor or a big screen HDTV more)

The best SMPS keeping that and the future in mind, is the Seasonic S12II 520W ~3800/-.
A good 24" monitor that is available in the market -- BenQ E2420HD ~11900/-.

The MX518 is EOL you can get Logitech G400 his successor.Everything else is good.

Yup, S12II 520 is good enough.
TX650 V2 if you are more comfortable with Corsair.
The Crucial M4 is the better choice.
