Also for GPU - Consider Sapphire Radeon RX480 if you will be gaming at 1080p! It is more vfm then 1070! Right now you can get the 8gb RX480 @24.7k @mdcomputers or primeabgb!
1070 would be good enough but you will land spending 14k more!
 
will "Seasonic S12II 520W" be able to handle graphics card.

i have made some estimate
Intel Core i5 6500 : 65 W
CPU fan : 5 W
cabinet fan : 10 W
motherboard : 40 W
internal hard disks : 20 W
usb pendrive & HDDs : 20 W
RAM : 10 W
GPU : 150 W

TOTAL : 320 W
it seems 520 W should be OK.

can setting be done so that installed GPU uses very less power when not in use?

1070 is not that power hungry. That seasonic one is a good psu. You can check some reviews! If you want something better, go for Corsair RM650X but it will cost you 3k more.
Also VS series is a strict no!
And if you will opt for Asus Strix 1070, then it goes to idle mode where it won't use much power, the fans won't spin, since the temps will be under control and the chip doesn't heat up in normal scenarios.

I've recently got a Asus Strix GTX960, the fans doesn't spin even when I'm gaming @1080p with best settings for PES 2016. :D:cool:

Budget is not good enough for everything.
144hz gaming could use GTX 1070 but that will push your budget to 1 lakh.
Video editing could use i7, which will cost about 8k more than the i5
I don't think RAM will automatically OC just because you have high frequency RAM.

BTW, the components you have listed in your OP will cost you more than 1 lakh.
 
Man, that's some beautiful cabinet. Go for it, the specs looks good.
And those high frequency rams generally don't show that increase in the performance for what you are paying for. And you can always overclock the 2400 MHz memory to give you extra performance. But in real world you won't be able to notice the difference.

the 150 tdp is rated for stock clocks. the huge jump is due to the massive overclock+boost of the gpu. power draw increases exponentially with clock speeds.
the s12 520 will be more than capable though.
should let you know that the 490 is rumoured to be a dual-gpu card using two rx 480's. if that's the case then it would be in the 1080's price range.

im not so sure about this - it doesn't have specifics on the gpu, mobo, ram, cooler and ssd. just basic info given.

LG 27MP68HM is only available for delivery with paytm.
is it Ok to buy with paytm. At least in website they claim to handle any problem that can occur.
