- "ICICI Bank Net Banking User" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account (not including NRE and/or NRO saving account) and has Netbanking services of ICICI bank but has never / not used bill pay or quick pay service of ICICIBank.com since 1st January 2011.

-"ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)" shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.

-Offer" shall mean Free Zoomin Coffee mug provided by the Alliance Partner when the ICICI Bank Net Banking User makes a bill payment using ICICI Bank bill pay available in the logged in section of icicibank.com or ICICI Bank quick pay service available in the non logged in section of icicibank.com or ICICI Bank bill pay using iMobile.

-"Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from June 2, 2011 to September 30, 2011 , both days inclusive.
