getting apple iphone 4s 16gb IN 30k with B/W ! DEAL OR NO DEAL ?

what do you guys think is it a good deal ?? its a box packed 16gb model with whole 1 year warranty ! is it a good deal ?

So what you're saying is that you can get an iPhone 4S 16GB with OFFICIAL Apple India warranty for just 30k when it's currently retailing at 38k officially??

Is there any way that you can verify the phones sold are really under Apple warranty before you pick them up from this "Dealer"??

right now i am going by his words... but i guess we can verify by the serial number right ? i know his shop and his house so i know i can get a refund if the phone fails to come under apple india warranty.
