Getting device certified for Verizon network

Hello All,

I don't know where exactly I should post this, if this is a wrong section then let me know please.

I am working for an MNC and we are planning to start a third party test lab where we will be providing certification such as GCF, pre Verizon certification, SFN etc.
I want to know the detail process of Verizon device certification if I want to launch a device. I have gone through the following site Device Certification: Open Network Certification | Verizon Wireless they have provided lots of details.

What I need is in details is

1) How to get device FCC/CE certified
2) Entrance and Exit criteria of FCC/CE certification
3) Entrance and Exit criteria of GCF certification
4) Test cases of GCF
5) How to get MMS certification from NSN (Nokia Siemens Network)
6) Entrance and Exit criteria of SFN certification
7) Test cases of SFN

There are 3rd party test labs who do all such test but I want to know how exactly this test happens in the 3rd party test labs
I have posted my queries in Verizon developer forum and QA forum
Please share your knowledge on this area if you have any.
