Hi guys
I just now came for the Reliance store to check MBP
But i was so much pleased with the Lenovo ideapad Y560 with foll config:
Core i7 740QM GHz-2.93GHz
4GB DDr3 ram
500GB HDD @7200rpm
Ati mobility radeon HD 5730 1GB
Win 7 HP 64-bit
So i am almost onto buying it
Will go day after Diwali to buy it
I just need some user reviews whether to go for it or not

Personally i felt everything to be great in it..
I just want update on Battery life(3-3.5Hrs is ok for me) and others

IS there any such problem in India

My friend has bought it from US...last 5months he hasn't faced any problem whatsoever...

What is the INR price?
 
I have also heard that Lenovo Y560 had some display problems but it seems the problem is resolved now.

I just wanted to confirm from users

Y560 is a great laptop so i dont wanna miss it

I occasionally game on it as i already have an Xbox360 and a decent PC

I just want one for portability and for Visual Studio and Java

Btw is HP DV63043TX or 3049TX ok for me? they have i5s

A 3hr battery life is ok for me

I use windows alot and develop programs for it(learning now)

So need a good one to handle VS 2010 and later very well

Now thinking of HP DV6 3049TX

as i7 decreases battery life to 1/2
 
^^If you are looking for a decent battery life then wait for the dell xps series as it will come with nvidia optimus and you will get excellent overall battery life but this optimus thing works only till i5 cpu and it doesnt work with i7,so keep this point in your mind before making a purchase.

I can wait for another month

I will be buying on 6th or 27th(Ya in between exams dude)

So lets wait and see

I will either go for Studio XPS14/15 or MSI FX400/HP DV6-3049TX
