^^ The Cooler Master Real Power Pro 460W is a direct head on against Corsair VX 450W and is a good performer, I've been using it for the past 1.5 years and it has excelled at its job, just don't expect it to run any graphics card over the AMD HD 6870. The main difference in a single-rail and dual-rail set-up is that certain graphics cards have issues with a dual-rail SMPS. Here is something I found -- Single vs Dual Rail on 12V - Power-Supplies-PC-Cases-Case-Mods - CPU-Components. Hope this helps instead of confusing you.
