Getting Wii From China, Worth it?

I dont know the price but I am just guessing the Wii might be cheaper in China... Dad is leavin tonight to China on a week long business trip and was thinking of asking him to get one.

Will the chinese Wii have any problems here?
 
Just make sure the language is english....other than that arent all Wii's manufactured in China? shouldnt be a problem..
 
What abt Games.... Do I have to look for modded chip so I can buy games here?

I think it costs abt 250$ or so in China...Whats the price here in India?

Also, finding an English console in China will not be easy I guess... Will ask dad to be careful.
 
non-modded Chinese consoles would only support Chinese titles. So if you can live with that..go ahead....

in short if you are not ready to spend money on the titles, you gotta get hold of a modded console....
 
Everything is costlier than India. Nokia N 95 is 5800 Yuans.

One Yuan is equal to approx Rs.7/-

Laptops are costlier too.

That was a surpise... Was hoping electronic items to cost less in China.

Dad says the food is all halfcooked...with not enuf salt or masala and a peculiar smell comes from them...

It seems Beijing Airport is the largest man made structure in the world. There are no words to describe

the technology marvel. Makes the new Hyd and Blore airport resemble shit holes...<pardon the exageration>
