Moving from a very modest laptop, so anything is a huge jump. I'd like the CPU to be pretty fast multi-core along with single-core; looking for something similar to an Apple M1. GPU should be a little efficient and also powerful to run 1080p games at 60+ fps. 40 series seems like a necessity for framegen and dlss, meaning I can use RT as well(?). I've probably overspeced the PSU for now, and there's a little more space in the budget rn. The only issue is 4070s go for way too much to be a reasonable decision seems like.

Open to all advice, I haven't been following the scene well since before the 30 series released, so my info might be outdated.

Grand Total118442 (if you try to find deals and be patient you could get this close to 1.1 lakh and if you opt for a used gpu with about 1-2 years of warranty then easily under 1 lakh )

The motherboard is much better and will be able to handle overclocking and higher power upgrades easily. If CUDA is necessary then buying anything less than the 4070 in terms of performance is not a good idea especially since you are spending so much and are also planning to keep the build the same for the next 3 years and seeing as how close the 4070 super is in terms of pricing while offering about 20% better performance it is a better value when compare to the vanilla 4070. The A750GL is a great PSU and is cheaper than the one you picked. The Lancool 215 at 5.6k is an amazing value especially considering the quality of the case and if you are adamant on getting a black case I would suggest the Deepcool Matrexx 55 mesh V4C/V4, it is a good case with 4 pre installed PWM fans. Try and go 6000 CL30 as it is not much more expensive and is the sweet spot for the squeezing the best performance out of the AM5 platform. The P3 Plus is a DRAM-less SSD with a much worse endurance rating than the SN770 which is only 1k more so that is a much better choice. You can choose to use the box cooler but the AG400 is a great cooler for its price and will help keep the temps down for more longevity on the CPU + you can sell the box cooler separately and make some money back.

Spending 18k over a set budget might seem excessive but trust me in the long run, it will be much more worth it. I strongly recommend against going for the 4060Ti as it is way overprice for the kind of performance it offers and especially the amount of VRAM it packs. You could also look on the used market for a 3080 or a 3080Ti to save some extra money while getting about the same performance as a 4070 or a 4070 super, but you will have to be very careful and do your due diligence.
 
RTX 4060TI gets almost universally panned especially the 8GB variant. NVidia is notoriously stingy with VRAM unfortunately not to mention expensive.
Still if you have to go for an NVidia card then the used market, whether on this forum or elsewhere, is probably the way to go.
RTX 3080 probably goes for around INR 30000 approx used. Might free up your budget to spend elsewhere.

My friend searched for 4070 super in SP Road, but prices have shot up, most of them are selling it at 60k+. Saw a PCStudio listing at 58k but things are expensive.

My suggestion to OP will be to buy used RTX 3060Ti or 3070 for 16-18k instead of the infamous 4060Ti. Else R5 7600 based rig is the way to go. Just change RAM, SSD & cabinet as mentioned earlier, options selected by @Kaching999 looks good, except the mobo. Keep the MSI mobo for cheap or spend 16k on Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 which will give you a 3rd M.2 slot. For mATX cabinet like CM 301 Elite, choose an mATX mobo.

Damn that's bad it's probably because of how bad the 5080 was and how bad the 5070 is going to be especially since it will most likely be just a paper launch like the 5080 and the 5090. Models like the Inno3d and Msi ventus are still at around 54-55k online though so maybe it's just for the specific models.
