Disclaimer: this is not a vouch post for OP or Jaydeep. Just sharing my experience of dealing with Jaydeep here. Also, not sure if mixing multiple marketplaces is a good idea, but many does it (including me) to reach more buyers.

I've dealt with Jaydeep in past on his FB group. He's helped me sell/buy some stuff through admin method on his group. Sometimes when I want to sell something which is not a quick sell, I ask him for help. He then puts the item on his status, him being known by more PC enthusiasts it helps me connect with more potential buyers. Similarly, sometimes when I wanted to get a used component, I used to ask him for the same, just in case he knows any seller.
Again, I'm not taking anyone's side here, just letting everyone know that it's possible since I've also done the same in past.
