Gigabyte : DS3H vs AORUS ELITE, difference ? How much?

In what way are the Gigabyte DS3H mobos different (inferior?) to the AORUS ELITE mobos ?

e.g. Gigabyte B450M DS3H V3 AM4 vs Gigabyte B450 AORUS ELITE V2 AM4. Ignore the mATX -ATX part.
One is Rs 6K the other 9K.

For the B550 mobos, both mATX, the difference is just Rs 700.
