Get the gigabyte one. Its got some good reviews. Also, MSI have issues with after-sales service in India afaik.

But the only thing that worries me about the Gigabyte Board is the Form Factor,
Its an Ultra ATX mobo, Could Hinder the performance of i5 750 when oced.

go for the MSI P-55-GD 55 ...............its a good mobo .....got a quote of 6700 (including 4% tax here in bangalore).......the diff b/w GD-55 and CD-53 is nothing but the extra pci 4x slot which u would get as compared to CD-53 :).All other features between the 2 remains the same

Cool. In that place could you say who is the distributor for msi? You should have a sticker on your mobo's box. Because last time I checked msi has one centre in Delhi and don't have a toll free number.

There are actually 3-4 distributors for msi as far as I know, tirupathi is one of them.
@ anubis: I hope your pcie conflict on your MSI P55 CD53 gets solved :)

Can't understand why its happening ?

In bios PCI E frequency is set to 100 MHZ ( can be set from 90 - 190 MHZ )

Can this be the problem ?
