Look. Doesn't matter now. You doctored an invoice when all you had to do was tell people off to mind their own business when they came questioning your price. Pretty sure if you report those comments it will be cleaned up from your post. A potential buyer would probably be okay with it because he/she is still getting 20-30k off the current retail price. But they should know what they're buying.

What you've done is a scam, even if you deny it. The worst part is you didn't even edit it properly.

Even if my price isn't real, my listing is. You have a problem with me making the price look more realistic? As if it's not been done here before.
Besides how is this affecting the buyer? He just purchased a card below market price and if he's happy with that then what business is it of anybody at what price I purchased at? Should I sell it for the price I got it for? Get real.
And if there was any need for RMA like I said, I would assist the buyer. Hence I insisted on a local sale.

Also I don't get into all that reporting business because I don't want to get into endless arguments here with people who aren't even interested in buying. So if you and others who have a problem with this thread, you are most welcome to report it.

No one cares if you have snagged a gpu or two for ultra cheap and resold it for profit. Infact I can bet that 9/10 people on this forum would have done the very same. If you hadn't bought it someone else would have and done the same as you. I would have told my family I won the lottery if I had gotten it.

I remember the few threads you're speaking of where people have derailed the post over the item being listed for more than the invoice price, those very same users don't have the money to buy it. Our whatsapp uncles on this forum are not your interested buyers. If you set a good price and you're selling something people want, someone here on techenclave will buy it within hours even.
Hell, people have gotten scammed within 12 hours too back in the gpu shortage mining craze because they were afraid others would snatch it before them.

However I don't remember threads being closed down because the invoice price was lesser than what they were listing it for. Would like to know which ones those are. If that's the case than certain video game collection threads with rare items would have been taken down since they appreciated in value compared to when they were purchased.

If you're instead talking about the posts where users post on other sale threads about being able to get it for cheaper first hand? Those are valid and circles back to us trying to get the best deal for our own members. That does not apply in your case either since you're still selling it cheaper than any online store afaik which I appreciate. Infact those other sale threads where in they did infact get it for cheaper and selling it for more than mrp, I think they still got sold because those items weren't available anymore. Sure you had a few people complaining but if people want it, it will get sold. Don't let the laughing emoji reactions get to you, unlike money they're not real.

So really, I have absolutely no idea why you would forge the invoice so it looked like you paid full price. Simply seems like you were afraid of what a bunch of 40 year olds on this forum would think about you lmao

Secondly your last feedback was almost a year ago too. Someone noticed the invoice gst was wrong along with the other font details, that is an immediate red f*cking bell and if someone had transacted with you and transferred the amount, what if you then just disappeared? You know how trustworthy you yourself are but we don't. And the last time someone has publicly said you are trustworthy was 11 months ago, what if your account was compromised during that time? (yes you mentioned local only but people still dm asking for shipping, I bet a few would have done that already too). You had all the signs of a scammer before you sent a post clarifying it up. And I mention all of this because it has actually happened before!

Having said all of this, if everything else is still legit, I think you can get a good sale still, all depends on what mods think if they should allow this thread to stay up or not. Even then you can still sell it off to olx and I won't be surprised if there's a few people who will still buy it from you on here too.

something's not adding up here mods @puns
the tax rate is 18%, so the total tax amount should be 1,23,369 x .18 = 22,206.42
this is not the case though. Rs. 27,081 amounts to (27081/123369)x100 = 21.95%
things are not adding up quite like they should. someone can correct me if I am wrong; would love to be proven wrong.

update: the fonts used for rupee symbol don't quite match with recent bills provided by amazon, even those from clicktech retail. there are no numbers after decimals (paisa amount = .00) in the final amount.

update2: i checked amazon a bit for price history and there are only 3 black color 5080 models listed on amazon. surprisingly, none of them was Rs. 1,50,450 on March 11. Price history can be a bit inaccurate on amazon, so even though insightful, this should be taken with a grain of salt. look at the images attached with price history.
Great work doing this btw

As I mentioned before, I don't want to get into long drawn arguments about this. If the mods think the invoice value as given is a major issue, then they can go ahead and close this thread. I will respect their decision.

But it doesn't change the fact that the product is real and so are all it's details including warranty as mentioned.

I have been a member of this forum since 2007. I'm not here to scam anybody lol. I made this thread with the sole purpose of selling the card locally. Nobody is getting scammed, It's a simple flip nothing else.
I didn't want to put the original amount for obvious reasons as stated. Interested local buyers are still getting a brand new card by paying a very good below market price.

GPU scalping is an age-old practice. No one is asking you to sell it for the price you bought. But you have to be upfront about it. Not forge invoices, so you don't have to deal with people calling you out for scalping.
Your intentions don't excuse your actions. You still don't see what you did as wrong. That's what's pissing me off.

Do whatever you want ig. I'm done.

All I did was change the value of the product on the invoice to reflect its current market price, which would have zero impact on the sale of said product.
And FYI I was selling it for almost 35% less
This is like the third or the fourth time I'm saying this but the rabble rouse continues. Ok then.

When I saw the number of replies on this thread, I was like- damn, that is a lot of interest in such a short time. Makes sense as it's a 5080. And that the price must be good.

Wasn't expecting this.

Cant believe OP doesn't understand the core of what everyone is pointing out to him, and is still defending himself.
