Super show, I have been following this since I came to know about it, just reading the figures and scores gives me the chills.
Congratulations to all you. :)

thanks guys :)
Although I think tooly is more suitable to go to Indo for the regionals. His scores are mind blowing for some one who is so new to sub zero, respect bro :cool2:
I'll talk to harshal to see what can be done. The scoring system is flawed imho, some one with air results should not be able to beat ln2 scores. If more people would have submitted results this would not have happened.

^ but he used dual core so thats why wprime air results of i7 920 beat them .

i think balanced scores for superpi and wprime was needed to get to the top rather than top superpi alone .. so choosing the right cpu + mobo was important .

OMG- the Ahuja guy shmoked everything at the last moment. :O

Sharan sir- Though you missed due to the time issue, that is a very commendable achievement.

Thank you very much for your contribution. :)

Apo sir goes to Indonesia- woohoo!!

Really a very deserving winner after having ruled hwbot India ranking for so many months. :hap2:

Great enthusiasm and support and scores from toolius sir.

You are the dude- heartfelt congrats on a very deserving second place.

You didn't lose- you just came second to one of the best in India and a very tough competitor. :)

Awesome to see Amey sir don his Darklord costume once again for sometime inspite of his very busy schedule. :ohyeah:

Maybe he is third as he chose not to come first. :P

thebanik- why you wait last minute to submit superpi score? :(

And last but not the least-

Lots of thanks to wind, thebanik, Robo saar, karan04(?) and everyone else who participated.

I would like to make a special mention about wind sir, who was one of the first or maybe the first on TE to get a hi-end P55 setup for personal use.

He decided to participate at the last moment, mainly to extend his support and even called up many people to find a Seagate SATA drive as he had all WD ones.

A very nice score on something that is his main and only rig is highly commendable- kudos to you. :)

Thanks to Gigabyte India for this event and for also adding that additional prize for those on air-cooling. :hap2:

I personally requested some to post some scores to at aleast support this initiative by Gigabyte India, especially those who not only have X58/P55 setups but also use them at fairly OCed speeds on a daily basis for personal/commercial benefit.

Sorry for being such a pest and thanks to everyone, those who obliged and even those who didn't, for bearing with me. :)

Couldnt have said it any better Bikey baba !! :)

Sharan dude you really give everyone a scare !! well done .. And thank you for your contribution ! Much appreciated as is everyone else's who every participated :)

Should have submitted your results earlier :P

Apolloyn sir Really does deserve to go to Indonesia.. The master is the right choice to make India proud!! :hap2::)

Cant even tell you what a honour it was for me just to be in the same competition as you sir...

I had given up with my 650 .. and then i spoke to bikey , harshal sir and last but not least my mom ..

Cant thank my mom enough for her help.. namely the funds for the 661 and all her support to my computing requirements for the last 20 years :)

This was for her :) ..

I just tried my bikey best sir ... :) Couldnt have done it without your support..

You are the reason i went out and bought the 661 after the 650 couldnt go higher.. i had given up until i spoke to you :)

It was awesome to see amey sir back even if it was for fun !!! its my Honour to have participated in a competition with legends such as you guys.. :)

And yeah bikey i think so toooo :P

TheBanik sir it sucked that you didnt have electricity.. :@ This country really needs to get its act together !!

Even here in bombay there is now talk of power cuts :(

But thank you loads for participating and giving everyone a cold sweat :P :ohyeah:

it was my honour to be a part of this awesome GOOC. :hap2:

Thank you Robo for giving it a real push !! awesome clocks.. Congratulations and Thank you very very much bro for taking part !

And Wind sir... that was just awesome.. HUGE RESPECT. It takes guts to compete with your main rig... Keep clocking and rocking !!! :) :hap2:

My most hearfelt thank you to everyone else.. karan04 way to go bro !!

And last but not least Thank you to TE , Gigabyte , Seagate , Harshal sir.. and all the people who made this possible !!!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart ... I had a blast :)

Kind regards..

Aha Bikey saar well said :) Thanks for praise but it was all due to you :) It was your motivation that kicked the adrenaline in me...hehe.

Toolius saar congratz :) Well yea it needs guts and was afraid at first. But "Darr ke aage jeet hai" :P So left fear behind and competed. :)

Ok after going thru many calls and emails. I along with GIGABYTE managed to get this:

As Apollyon has some personal commitments in June and is also of opinion that Tool should go, Toolius will go to Jakarta, Indonesia representing India. Both of them will get X58A-UD7s and Amey aka "Darklord" will get P55A-UD7 for finishing third!

Karan04, Thanks for posting dude. You need good set of RAM and a good D0 :D

Expecting more participants next time.

that was the person who doesnt get the top prize , appo sir is getting ud7 . so who is getting p55 usb3?

This is what Harshal sir replied me

Appo took the best OC with AIr Cooling but since he gets X58A-UD7, no P55-USB3 to anyone.

I guess top 3 shouldn't be in for air cooling prize :P

Its on techtree as well. Congrats Apo sir :)

^Unfortunately you did not get the inherent sarcasm in the post. It wasn't aimed at Appo either. Never mind.

Best of Luck Toolius ! Go have fun and unleash some damage there as you did here :)

Go go go !!!! :hap2:
