CPU/Mobo Gigabyte service center in Mumbai ?

Well I recently went to gigabytes website and saw that the Mumbai service center details are this one >>>

M/s Active Infotech, Office No 202, 2nd floor, Mehta Estate, Near Holy Family Church, Opp. Chintamani Plaza, Chkala, Andheri-East, Mumbai – 400 093

phone -- 9833388039

But I called that number and the guy on the other side said wrong number

Also the funny thing is when I had gone to RMA my msi product to the Digilink/digicare rma service center @ Kalina long long ago .. like 1.3 years ago .. they were also doing Gigabyte rma and I called that number and even that no one picks up =.= .

My only option is to go to kalina to check the office out. But as for the andheri one its quite far and I don't know the way so PLEASE IF SOMEONE KNOWS THE REAL LOCATION PLEASE MENTION IT !

Thanks guys I'll call tomorrow or on monday if tomorrow is a holiday for them and post here which one is the real service center for future reference .
 
Tardeo one is the real for gigabyte as me and #vivek.krishnan have went there few times,40rs bus ticket isn't that right vivek.

Hmm andheri is closer than the town side for me I live at santacruz .. but I'll go to tardeo one if this one doesn't turn out to be right D: . Also are they open on saturdays do you know ?

Yup. But with the helluva increasing traffic, makes sense to go by train to Bombay central and walk from there.

Tomorrow, I think yes. They are closed on 2nd and fourth saturdays AFAIK.
 
Thanks for all the info guys I'll call them and ask tomorrow . Also i filled the form on the site you gave . I got a reference number . But the address of the service center is of lower parel one as that was the only one in the list available . Lets hope it all goes smoothly >.> .

Any thing else I need to do before I go there ?

if andheri is closer then try accel frontline @ saki naka.

it is next to sagar tech plaza.

The number of tardeo one on their site differs from the one you gave . Is their site outdated =.= ?

Nah turns out its a 20 mins way for me max .. I have been to an area close to it and took me 7 mins to reach during noon . But at least now we know the real one

#Scorpy : If u haven't visited the Gigabyte service center then can u just inquire about getting a different model for mobo i.e. I wanted to rma my current gigabyte 880gm-ud2h 1.3 ver which has been rma five times before and now it's still giving me the over heating problem O_o
