does this one have a optical out cos i need it connect it to my onkyo amp. so tat i can play movies in 5.1(i connect my comp to my hd tv so tat i can see hd movies)
 
yup, has both optical and digital, and does dolby digital live encoding. in short , it will do all you need and more :P
