What would the shipping costs be to Bangalore / Mysore? Somehow i think the final price is going to creep above 2k with shipping..

i think dealers have contracts with courier ppl n surface is 50 n 80 bucks type per KG for them and it should not cross one KG. so 100 bucks as shipping i think as max
 
Me too interested but i read quite a lot of reviews of the same on newegg and what is understood by the same is that build quality is not that great and esata doesn't work on some of the drives...

Great. I'm surprised at the amount of negative experiences the dock has generated though. Since it has a 3 day DOA warranty, one would be advised to check the received units thoroughly.

I think me too out since can't justify getting it now when I have only 2 HDD's :(

Will wait for a sturdier build... may be next gen by which time I guess will have ~4-5 HDD"s :P
 
I've got 4x3.5" (3 x WD640 & 1 x ST3250310AS) & 2x2.5" (ST80GB & WD160GB) apart 4m a 2.5" 160GB & another 3.5" 320GB already enclosed :P

Pls confirm 1 for me.
