What's the price point we are looking at? Without that, it will difficult to suggest if you are getting your money's worth. Or is it that - you want the best and don't care too much how much it costs?

I suppose i7 line of processors would produce more heat in a laptop. May be someone more knowledgeable can confirm?

Integrated CREATIVE Sound Blaster(R) X-Fi MB Audio Software Solution - is not so useful. Better to use external speakers.
 
Can you also let us know the purpose for which the laptop will be used.

The processor is killer but the graphic card here would be the weak link incase you intend to game or any other graphic card intensive work.
 
^^ i had been bored of desktop and now completely been shifted to lappy so movies games

and everything will be on lappy only.
 
price is too high ... I got same laptop (same config) around 2 months back at 63k after corporate discount

Same Price (almost) with better(Not better, but best in this budget) ATI Mobility Radeon HD4670, and rest of the things are already there. HD4570 will not even come near in comparison to HD4670.
 
hey Rahul for 69k it's the deal of the year i suppose coz what you are getting is not the Laptop but the Warranty & Support as well for 3 Years..

IMO go for it EYES CLOSED.. :hap2:
 
one tip- Dont go for core i7 just because it is THE thing in personal computing right now.

Rather, go for something that suits your needs.

Also, for this let me warn you, that if you are an intensive gamer (resource rich games), then HD4570 is only going to give you a passable performance.

HD 4670 is WAY ahead of the HD 4570.

that is with 1 year cc. and mine is with 3 years cc.
ne ways it will cost me 74k for 3 yrs cc in xps.
